Inside the house are many wonderful things, for instance, the closed off laundry room. It keeps the heat from the dryer out of the house, also hides your laundry/storage area from guests, while being only one step away from the dining area. Here we have a large screened sliding door, which is really nice in that you can leave it open and enjoy the fresh mountain air. It also adds a lot of light to the entire room. The kitchen has a wide long counter that's great for preparing meals, and while at the sink you have a wide view of the backyard. The living room is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. The open floor plan gives the feeling of space and roominess, yet the kitchen is hidden from entrance, so if you happen to have a few dishes in the sink, your guests will never know. The home is situated in a wonderful neighborhood, right on the edge of city limits, so you get the best of both worlds.
