Reminder: The Pisgah Forest Community Zoning Ordinance is effective this Sunday

Reminder: The PisgahForest Community Zoning Ordinance is effective this Sunday August 1, 2010.  If anyone needs help with the zoning requirements for major expansion of an existing non-residential use or the establishment of a new non-residential use on the properties along the NC280 corridor from the US276/64/NC280 intersection to Hudlin Gap Road or the US 64 East corridor from the US276/64/NC280 intersection to just beyond Glade Creek Road please call the Planning Department at 884-3205.  

The official zoning map is found on line and at the office of the Clerk to the Commissioners, Building Permitting Department or the Planning Office. The Zoning Ordinance and zoning forms, including permit application and site plan checklist, are on line.
