This is my opinion is by far the best value in all of Connestee Falls, and a move in ready well maintained home with room to grow in an full almost finished basement. Grenville SC is an easy one hour drive, passing Caesars Head State Park and Table Rock with breath taking views. Real Estate is all about location and amenities and you can't ask for better with this home.
